Classical music concerts take place in the Marble Room of the Palace of Mirabell since 1954. Every year, more than 350 concerts are performed by world famous soloists and ensembles in the Palace of Mirabell. The musical programme contains, among others, compositions from Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart as well as his contemporaries and varies every concert. If you wish, you can combine a concert in the Palace of Mirabell with a dinner in "StieglBräu" restaurant or in "Sheraton / Mirabell" restaurant.
Concerts in Salzburg are no longer available
Due to repetitive and harsh criticism, the here described concerts performed by the Salzburger Konzertgesellschaft mbH in Salzburg are no longer offered (as per 01.03.2019). Instead, we highly recommend to attend a concert in the Casino Salzburg or one of the many concert events in the closely located spa town Bad Reichenhall.
